had him drop 1 of the zonewide random drops today. It was a wrist item with 36% haste ( bracer of gnoll hides ).

this guy is NOT 65. Ive killed him about 20 times each time he was white to me as a 61
solo'ed him today..was pretty easy..just invis'ed into camp,killed a mob in a corner that gave me the most space, set up pet and pulled him.. used soul guard and then got dark constriction on him, that helped..loaded him up with what DoTS I had,used 1 celest potion and tapped him occassionally. I think I finished with 70% hp (9.4k unbuffed,2kac,which i was,even if it sucks for a tank i know)
Hardest hit, 1 time,was 505. Most hits were in 100s-200s..have up 2 Innate Defense maxxed out..so pretty easy solo.didn't even have to click epic.

This guy is not lvl 70 though. Know that for a fact, with the new con system he is lb to a 68. So he is around 60 -62 or so. Hits no harder than the others, about 800-900 or so. we rogue tanked him, and didnt hurt at all.

weres this guy spawn? any ideas?

ive seen this while farming augs here for me and alt, i was in farthest north room, which is a good camp btw. He spawns randomly in with other mobs in same area as Blazemaster Arnab does.
The placeholder is the roamer (generally a water elemental invader) in the large room at NW of the map. It roams generally North-South past Rockbeast Kloorg, who sits at loc 1245, 22. (The placeholder for Kloorg is an earth elemental intruder.)
