Is this mob and his drops in Luclin release on TLP servers? His loot seems too good to be true for the level mob.

His drops are from The Serpent's Spine expansion so that's when he'll show on progression servers.

Conned white to a level 51.
Kill the hall roamer mobs and after a while he will pop. About 4 - 6 Hallway Roamer mobs near SD zone out. (Long Straight Hallway north and south)
