Spread out 5 tank groups with random DPS and have floater groups.

now DPS each mob get it down to 15% then to 10% all at the same time. They will now become enraged attendants of sothgar. Get them all to enraged attendants of sothgar. When they all enraged, you have to kill them in order. It's like biggest to smallest. You can determine this before they are enraged.

have your MA be fast, when they all enraged Kill them in order and you get loot. Kill them out of order and it resets.

There is a aoe that is in the room, have all casters stand in the center to advoid it. The center platform will remove all determental effects.

When you run into this room have your raid run to the center platform were determental effects are removed. Can set up there.

NOTE: after you run into the room it is hard to remove agro so swirling is near impossible.
