Spawns in the middle of the first floor of the stone bridge, roughly on a 5:30min cycle, and will roam the zone after awhile. Is apparently always exactly level 30. His bracer is for a quest with the captain on the top floor... HOWEVER, Guard Fredrick is always a "good" Qeynos guard, and therefore the captain will attack you for handing in his bracelet (the captain only wants bracelets from corrupt guards).

Always drops the bracelet, a Qeynos kite shield, and a fine steel short sword. Coin up to about 3pp.

I am on the new server of Kane Bayle. I am a lvl 30 iskar monk. He cons even to me. So, I would say he is lvl 30 and not 20.

This foolish mortal slew me (a Dark Elf necromancer) while I was trying to get a shard to travel to Luclin. I thought I was out of his way, and certainly offered him no harm, but he attacked me anyway... That will prove to be the worst mistake of his career, for when I am stronger he will die. Curse Qeynos and its guards!

I too look forward to removing this fool's soul (slowly)! I was minding my own business waiting for the Spires to trigger. He comes strolling up bold as brass and attacks with no warning. He shall pay dearly for this insult!

BTW he conned Red to me at 23. And Cordelia was Dark Blue.

I did away with this pesky guard yesterday. Being an Iksar it's always a joy teaching smooth skins a lesson. I gave the shield to a young brother of the brood who got slain by the evil guards the day before. I'm sure he is the Shadowknight with the most colorful shield in all Norrath now.

Maybe he was planning to jump because of the goofy looking helmet that's part of his character model... I mean, c'mon, if my head looked like that, I would commit suicide too... either that or put a paper bag on my head.

Today while I was running around in nk, he was 1/2 way up on the norrath scion spires... I tried to ask him what he was doing, trying to convince him that he shouldn't jump, that life was precious and things would get better, but he just stayed there.. I'll check on him tomorrow, I really hope that he didn't jump, but if he did, he will be missed.

if you are planning on killing this guy for the shield - there is no need. There is a corrupt on that is blue to my 19 shaman, and fredrick cons red to me. this corrupt lives in the north east, but is constantly near the SK border as someone has run from his harmtouch (ive killled him twice, never HT me :)), and the other guards dont mind if you kill him.

The bracelet is for a quest - you hand them in to Captain Linarius at the top of the tower on the NK/SK bridge. Make sure you get the bracelet off a Corrupt Qeynos Guard or the Captain gets a tad annoyed :)

It may be difficult to pull one gaurd without pulling all of them...So becarful and you might want to get a SOW before you try.

for all you DF questers. He was yellow to me at 28. I found him right at the wizzy spires in NK but not until the second day. Would recommend dragging him away to kill him so he doesnt call for help !

all evil races beware when teleporting. this guard has an irritating habit of standing in the middle or near the middle of the teleport spires....
