Set alot of your dps to kill adds , make everyone get on the middle platform (he won't agro till u hail and start) doesn't rampage

use CH rot for heals can be a long fight if not full raid.

Nods.

Priority is to kill the adds, but put any excess DPS on the named. I recommend moving dotters/pets to named first, and then moving one DPSer after another until you find your raid force's balance.
