While doing Bixie Menace: Drone Hatchery quest 4 or 5 times ... I looted the following items: Rough Defiant Chain Tunic, Rough Defiant Leather Bracer, Havoc Loop, Rough Defiant Chain Gauntlets, corrupted opal amulet (AUG), Rough Adept's Wand, Rough Defiant Chain Leggings, Rough Defiants bow and Rought Defiant Cloth Gauntlets all from 'a larval wasp'

The "an eggtender drone" can be found guarding a target-able egg on the inside left corner of the bixie area in Blightfire. Kill the eggtender drone, then the egg they were guarding, and about 4-5 larval wasps will spawn out of it. They hit pretty fast, but for low damage, and have probably less then 100hp. One hit from my skelly pet on my 33 Nec would take them down almost half way.
