Definitely part of some script. He spawns at the bridge after a Green Legion Commander shouted "Move out! We shall teach those weaklings at Crescent Reach that Dyn'leth is their true master." I'm assuming the group of Green Legion mobs starts to path towards the bridge and the Shade spawns when they approach.
As the force neared the bridge the Shade shouted "You shall not pass, return to the pit you came from, and tell Dyn'leth that I will not allow such attacks." The Green Legion force then began to path back towards the Centaur area and after a period of time the Green Legion Commander shouted "Halt! The dragon does not follow us. We are safe. Rally here"

I saw this mob today, it is indiff, hailed it nothing... attacked it... nothing, so therefore this is a quest mob, or part of some type of scripted event.

If I remember right, according to Selay (Blightfire Moors) Glenicae was one of the guardians of the scale, so if it is from a quest, it's a high level/ or possibly progression.
Confirmed: Glenicae was one of the guardians of the scale, one of the two that were crushed in the upheaval of the Serpent Spine Mountains.

Added: For some reason, the Green Legion pops. She pops after them and scares the Greenies back to the Sunderock zoneline.

I am face to face with him now.. he is indifferant.. tried to hail him, nothing.
If I was on my main I MIGHT attack it (doubt it tho).. betting its a triggered spawn for some quest someone is doing here now.

There I was Fighting spiders on west side of river, facing east , and I noticed a huge Dragon looking thing opposite on the Centaur side. Yes I must admit it scared the stuffing outta me. I'd been trained by all sorts of critters in this zone I just new I was gonna be lunch meat, but by the time I retreated back to the hills my new found terror was gone, and I have not seen or heard of it since anyone know what this is?
