Trio'd this mob with 63 shm, 62 sk (about 11k hps), 62 Mag. Unfortunately I did not read the post about this mob before we pulled him. But even though he came with chimera add we got him. He definitely summons and fears..didnt notice the ramp but things were a lil dicey during the fight. Also I believe he was slowable. He dropped the helm.

I was camping chimeras when this mob popped. It is dark blue at 70. I figured I would give it a try as a 70 necro since there's little info on this mob. It was snareable, but it does summon and fear. No idea how hard it hits, as I was promptly summoned, feared, summoned, then dead.

Duoed this guy at lvl 71
conned DB to my war 71 and shaman 71
rampages AoE fear
dosint run or enrage
max hit on shaman was 980 1500 AC max hit on war was 150 to 400 with stone wall ..it didint have much more HPs then a regular chimera
droped :
trash loot and sundersprings helm

STR +12 STA + 12 CHA + 12 AGI + 12 HP+ 155 mana + 145 endur + 145
