Triggering the fight spawns lost souls, undead giant overlords, tormented souls, wailing souls, angry souls, and undead giants which will attack your raid in quick waves of 5-10.

"Breath of the Fallen" is a lifetap.

If "Reign of Decay", a frontal AE, is not cured in time, a 10k DD goes off on its target.

The h2h weapons he drops are equipped if he will drop them. We saw 2 on him and he dropped 2.

has a short range ae lifetap, will try to get name. range is only 50.
Also has an ae rampage.
Flurries
Has some efect that needs to be cured, ticks down, you die when it hits 0.
I never got it, so dont know name.

Triggering fight spawns Lost Souls, undead souls, tormented souls, wailing souls, angry souls, and undead giants. about 40ish adds to kill at time of trigger, they spawn and charge in waves of 5-10ish, and might repop during the fight if it takes too long.
