My friend was helping me finish up the quest 'Breath of Keikolin #15: Strengthening the Blood' and Kellet here was the last part. We decided we'd take the guardhouse to the left of the North Gate. Cleared both floors 5 times, and on the 6th cycle he popped on the second floor near the left-side bunks around loc (+2500, -910, +363). It says here that he's level 79, but we conned him and he conned white to a level 81. Here's the screenie of it. Just figured I'd post that they may have either added a range to his level, or just plain increased it. Anywho, he spawned his 2 buddies as per usual. We mopped up, and I now have my rank15 Breath of Keikolin, /cheer. ;D

/loc 2450, -935, 300 This is in the room on the left as you approach the north gate. He's on the first floor, just past the right-hand chair of the first table in the room. Hope this helps. Camped him for roughly 12 hours with no spawn. Then got 2 spawns in a row. Happy Hunting

confirming that this is the 15th breath quest mob headed there once i finish cleric's 14th one ranja updated his last nite and found this out.
He wandered thru the Guardian camp wasn't really prepared for him. Solo monk, this guy runs at low health even when surrounded by the guardsman. This was issue because the guardsmen kept summoning me back, so agro'd quite bit and had to let him go at 4%. Disappointing.

Anyone happen to know what the ph is/are for this guy?

We got him at a camp in North Valdehom we call North Gate (pos. 2800 neg. 1000)Behind the gate in the north is a spot to the west that is spawn free and it is often camped on the Bristlebain server. Kellet popped on the ground floor of the west building south of that camp after a server reset.
We took him out easily with a group of 6, but the tank was anguish + equipped with 1900 aas. She had no trouble offtanking the two adds, which popped together at maybe 75%.

The Head of Kellet is the 75 Drakkin Breathquest item; drops from Kellet. and it's a pain in the butt finding a group willing to help camp him, let me tell you!!!

Didnt get close enough to get a /loc , was using an eye to scout.
Up near the "north gate" camp, way northernmost area of the zone, he was in the building to the left, before entering the gate.
bottom floor has table, he was on the next floor up towards the rear.

tried to take this guy out, went on a "Wild RAMPAGE" near 30-40% and quadded a few people.
i got hit 4 times (2283, 1220, 2090, 1220). already being less than full from shared health (thank you cleric), we pretty much got slaughtered.

Killed him yesterday, he was wandering close to the statue at the end of the stairs leading to the citadel heading north up the slope / road to the NE of the statue.
2 adds spawned fairly early, both adds were giants, so dint try to mez. Rooted 1 and tanked other with Kellet. Didnt try mez as all giants as far as I know are imune.
Adds was hitting for up to 1200 and killed fast (got rooted next to him). Chanter memblured the other add which seemed to work if he hadnt walked back into aggro range.
Droped Softly Glowing PS, Head and Mask.
War head 18k HP and didnt have any problems tanking Kellet and 1 add (with defensive disc). Suggest u start fight a bit from camp and root both adds ASAP after they spawn then pull Kel away . . . easy fight from then.
Does anybody know his excate spawn point?

I dunno how long it takes, but he spawns adds periodically throughout the fight, if he stays engaged long enough. He aggroed while we were killing another giant at about 35, killed the 1st and started on named, then a royal guard spawned, wasn't too bad, but then another spawned, tank died, stayed alive a bit longer, finally another add spawned and didn't take long to finish us off. Was able to get rezzed and back to action, engaged him when he showed up again and burned hard, no adds.
