I finished Orcish Dissention today, got the facton hit for Wraithguard Leadership, however I cannot get it again no matter what I say or do. After I say defenses I get nothing.

Give the expired Shadow Ward Rune to Wraithguard Warden Hrosigar
You are given "Shadow Ward Rune"
10 charge item that casts - Incantation of Shadow Warding - supposed to use it on the crystals surrounding FC
Reward:
Daylight Crystal
Spirit od Undeath (Cast Time 2.5)
Recast Time 43min 20sec
250dd proc to Undead (1:18 duration).

There are 2 parts to Orcish Dissention:
Kill 30 Orcs.
Kill Shaman Sayrook (in the Orc Fort)
Presumably you then deliver the head of Sayrook.

I did a couple of these tasks, you can continue to get it again and again. After doing two of them I was able to get a new task, damend if I can remember the name. I was given a ten charge rune and the task was just to go down to the pit and click the shards around the frostcrpyt zone. After the tenth one I returned the rune and got http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=53715
All in all the quest took me three minutes on my emp horse, oozes are non kos and there are few spiders around.

so the Duration is 1 min on buff that Spirit of Undeath right? and 43 min recast on the item? just want to make sure

Yes. Good to burn on a boss or something but basically just another toy for the bag.
