Whitby's Back Scratcher
He is on a ~90 minute timer. All his friends repop on ~30 minute timer.
For what it's worth, I think the Back Scratcher is very rare. I've killed him dozens of times and never seen it. The belt seems to be an "always drop" though.

I took Mokkey's advice and it worked flawlessly. No fear, nuttin. Dropped the bracelet(belt).

The position behind him avoids the adds - but only till his fear hits you. If you don´t resist the fear you will run right into all his friends...

followed mokkeys advise, worked like a charm, looted Dromrek Bracelet and invised out, no adds

if you get right in the corner behind him(beside the rocks) you can kill him without adds, tried twice, both sucessful
When I first explored this area, worked my way into his cave hangout, invised through most, then pacified all mobs but named, killed max hit bout 200 or less on 72 paly with 2100 ac bout 11k self buffed...pretty easy for me ...dropped the backscrater.....but important to note.....pacify worked on all mobs in this area.../salute

Definatlely not 47. he cons yellow to a 53 and has a nasty AE fear spell (War Stomp).
