I fought this guy today, 03-22-09, and he is a warrior. He hits harder and faster than the trash mobs around him, and can be pulled without adds. I was able to stun him with my 79 paladin, but I can confirm that he does not flee at low health. He is quite magic resistant, but tash fixes that.
This guy IS not a warrior. Warriors do not get pets, and also do not cast Tash...
Seems to be an Enchanter. Casts Wind of Tashani, Greater Fetter and Dementing Visions.

The main tunnel that runs north then east from the tents to the crypt is his path, there's only one roamer thru the hallway, a soldier...He spawns annoyingly commonly since his items aren't upgrades and he doesn't drop powersources...Best spot to lie in wait for him (and kill the ph's) is east end of tunnel, just west of crypt....one roamer in crypt will path up close enough to agro, you can kill it and the roaming PH easily then just pick off anything else you want to for xp while waiting on respawns.

Great post, but just to add the loc (ent of tunnel) is 690, -790, -320.

I don't think there is a hall BEHIND Roklin's room. Where does he spawn?

Best place to camp this guy is in the small hall directly behind the secret statue to Rokiln the Hunters room. This will be the circular room to the north of the map. Just click the giant statue to open the passage. Watchman Orak has "a Green Legion Soldier" Ph that roams the entire length of the west passage from the room below the camp.
