Spice is a stripper downstairs of the maidens fancy, she does lapdances for the ambasador.
Unless factions have changed since the last time i killed her, she is actually Ebon mask down; Knights of Truth, Qeynos Guards, Wolves of North, etc... up. Apparently she is a spy for the rogues guild to keep an eye on the ambassador. I often hunted her, and Ratraz in the low 20s with my DE Wizard. None of the other ho's help her out. Also dont attack any of the girls, cause everyone will gang bang you...and not in the way they are payed to.

If im remembering right, Spice is a female ogre that works in the basement of the Maiden's Fancy (a brothel BTW). she does nothing, but is just there for color
