Simue smirks at his friend, 'So, there's a rumor that you've found love again, Ciodaru! Congratulations. Does this one know your name?'
Ciodaru says 'I know you think that you're funny, Simu, but my love life is none of your business.'
Simu says 'Well, you can continue your life of secrets. I prefer to enjoy the clean air and the beautiful views!'
Ciodaru shakes his head.
Simue smirks at his friend, 'So, there's a rumor that you've found love again, Ciodaru! Congratulations. Does this one know your name?'

Ciodaru and Kathryn are part of the task "Ciodaru's Love"
I can't remember the EXACT dialogue (I'm on one of the later tasks in the series, can't get him to repeat the first), but I know how to ask Kathryn how to say everything, and I remember asking her what her favorite food or favorite drink was - can't remember which - and it gave me yellow text about already having a task.
Talking to Ciodaru and getting the task from him is simple and the dialogue is obvious. Will repeat it later on when I can.
...when approaching Kathryn to ask her about her favorite things...
'How are you doing?'
'What is your favorite gemstone?'
'What is your favorite color?'
'What is your favorite scent?'
'What is your favorite drink?'
'What is your favorite food?'
**All questions go in the 'What is your favorite ____?' order***
When you hit the one with the yellow text - if you do - just mess around with the words a little. I got it on the second try. She WILL talk!

Nailah is a jewelcrafting merchant in Crescent Reach.
Twelve tasks (quests) involved. The trade skill levels on some of the items are 190s+ and are NOT no fail. You can hand the items in to have the things made for you for a fee of 10pp which if you are going to do this set of quests I suggest that you do. After the last step that I completed (ciodaru's gift box) this is the object that I ended up with...

second quest is called Ciodaru's first gift. Gotta speak to an npc named Nailah, Who isn't in the zone so far have tracked the entire place and no listings for this mob in the beastiary. If anyone locates plz reply to post
If you pull up the task list you will see that each chore has a zone next to it where the task is to be worked on. This guy should have cresent reach next to his name as that is where he is. Hope that helps.
Ciodaru offers a series of solo tasks that involve a 'love' between him and Kathryn, a Dryad. Only have done the first one so far, reward was as follows:
