My17 Drakkin mage with temp and druid buffs and temp'd Air pet soloed this guy just kept casting my best Direct Damage spell while pet whacked on him and he whacked on me ;-) Was at 40 health when he died.

Maybe closer to 25? Also summons and is immune to fear. Does not move from his spawn.
