For what it's worth, I just did this kill as a 76 Anguish-geared Paladin, with a T1 cleric and a boxed 70 chanter. The only thing I used the chanter for was to mez a couple of the guard adds using Wake of Felicity, but I'm certain I'd have succeeded even without her there. True, I was fully raid buffed (call it 30K HP and 3640 AC) and I used all my discs and AAs, but the fight was no problem - took under 3 minutes. Think my merc was down to 60% mana or so, but that's because I wasn't paying attention and didn't notice that a couple of the adds had switched to her, so she was casting inefficient heals on herself before I pulled the adds off.
Just make sure you clear out the mobile guards before you pull the queen so you have a max of 4 adds. Her max hit on me was 2499, but typical was only 515.
