Does everyone in the raid have to be 75 to get this raid? Had 54 players in raid and could not start this raid.

Does each mob you kill drop loot or just verg himself?
You get 3 loots + 2 runes off Nurtha Frazzlesprocket (3.5 day lockout)
You get 1 loot + 1 rune off Goru Uldrock (2.5 day lockout)
You get 3 loots + 1 rune off Vergalid (3.5 day lockout)
And a bit over 1 AA from all the trash you gotta kill....

That is not exactly correct.
Nurtha Frazzlesprocket (3.5 day lockout) - You get 3 loots + 1-2 runes + 0-1 Box of Everburning Flame + 0-1 Essence of Speed
We've gotten 3 loots + 2 runes + 1 box + 1 essence, and most other variations, but always 3 loots and 1 rune minimum so far.
Goru Uldrock (2.5 day lockout) - You get 2 loots + 0-1 rune
Vergalid (3.5 day lockout) - You get 3 loots + 1-2 Runes + 0-1 Essence of Speed

Actually this mob is accessible in a task is named "Vergalid Mines: Vergalid's End" which is triggered in Sunderrock.
The zone is an instanced 54 person raid with a special entrance , final mob in the task is Vergalid.
