Did not gate or try to. Malo'd me and pet but that was all. Did try to Pox me several times.

Yes, their dispell is rather annoying, but I've never had my buffs dispelled by one (they only dispell the Root/Snare that I throw on them.)
Also never healed themselves, and try to flee at about 10 - 15% health, just like all the other kobolds. Seemed to have less HP than the hunters and defenders.

Dropped Spell: Volcanic Ash Rk. II today.
This shaman loves to dispel your snare and turn you into bloody hamburger. Ice Strike, Pox of Bertoxxulous, Envenomed Bolt, and Blast of Venom where a few of his tricks. If I had lived that long, I would imagine that he also Gates.
He does not summon.

Did you solo them? If so, how? I had a lot of trouble with him dispelling my DoTs.

I have killed many of these and they have never gated. Not saying they can't, just that I've never encountered it. The mobs, along with the slayers both seem to run around 10%.
