do these actually flee at low health? I dont remember one ever doing this when i was killing them

Had three up at the same time,not sure if this is a bug or intended. All three dropped the Griffon Down Cloak, so I am assuming this is the common drop

Ive had 3 up at a time many times. Can be up in multiples.
Shadowfist (51 Warrior) Jubei'thos
Soloed with a level 55 Druid with very poor equipment, 2 AA's and no buffs (1617 HP, 2660 mana); had to med alot so it was a long kite. He didn't run till he was at 5%. Nothing assist aggroed on the pull except another 'a hungry mountain bear', not even other bear models.

This is how to do it as a 55 druid never go below 50m.
spell list:
Glamor of Tunare 53 magic debuff
Call of Karana 52 charm up to 55
Savage Spirit 41 Pet haste/attack buff
Your highest DoT
ensnare
Fixation of Ro 41 resist debuff
Flame lick Level 1 debuff/dot
Find a light blue kitty. Pull with Glamor, tangling weeds, then charm. Buff with Savage and park him somewhere.
Find said ugly, mean mob. Snare, debuff with Fixation, DoT, then spam flame lick all the way to pet. Sic pet and keep spamming flame lick and refresh DoT at will.
Dead mob and grats on loots.

55 necro and 55 mage combo. Pull with splurt, cascading darkness, dark soul, shadowbond, ignite blood and plague. Have to refresh splurt once and the others 3 times. Keep snare up because this one can hit for 750 fast. 2 pets backstabbing, pet weapons and mage nuking. Necro ends with 40% mana and Mage 25%. Ton of hp. Runs below 10%, I'd say between 6 and 9%. Haven't nailed it down exactly.

Out of 5 casts of ensnare, one wore off, 2 were resisted, and 2 hit.
It seems like this mob is fairly fire resistant... I would either hit low with Firestrike, or not at all.

Also, it does not run until 12% health.
Just finished killing it, and it dropped the cloak.
