When I was fighting him as a warrior, the weapon would proc on me. So he has it equpped if he has it at all, just cannot see it.

Spawns around here with a bunch of other drakes...killed twice, both times dropped leggings.
Extremely easy fight with mages 76 air pet tanking, no buffs on him other than haste and DS, didnt need to heal, just nuke 2-3 times and sat down

soloed him as a 74 cleric, was kinda hard, used all my timers and finished with 5% mana.
