These have a few primary spawn locations:

after you exit the city into the hollows (open grounds that lead to the moors)
1) there is a small dip on the right against the wall before the rocks.

2) two spawn against the wall to the left in the bushes

3) one spawns in the bushes on the left next to the river

4) one spawns under the bridge leading to the upper lvl hollows where the bears and cats are

5) one spawns in each of the wagons before the bridge that leads to the moors (to get these two you need to send your pet after them or JUMP into the wagon)

If there is an undeased spider there you must kill it until the diseased spawns - I have not noticed any pattern as to how many or time (it has varied)

PS: The eggs are no drop and of no use till you get the spider quest later from the council hall. Then you only need to loot them and destroy them. You do not turn them in.
