Once you have found the Spirit of Truth. Simply target and hail. Once you hail it just let it go through its speech. After it has finished the speech you will notice that your 'Hershyrr's Wisdom' has been updated. Then you just go on to the next one.

OK, yeah I found it but now what? I can't target it. I have tried everything I can think of, any ideas?

I know this is really late but I am just now getting in here reading posts. If I am not mistaken you can do /target(space) then the targets name and hit enter it should target said target.

Found the Spirit of Truth rune stone in the far southwest corner of the Dragon's Grove. Loc: neg 588.27, pos 142.57, neg 12.29
