we just killed him mage druid and healer merc and tank merc he dident spawn any add we must have killed him to fast
was the most fun fight ive had tonight actually because it is the only named ive seen tonight but anyway, duoed by 2 level 71 mages with a clr and tank merc. the tornado was very annoying on the other hand

the Loc given above isn't correct. Anyone know the correct spawn point Loc for him, and or his PH?
the loc i posted below is correct, he spawns outside the citadel. someone said any of the mobs near the wall there can be a ph, though mine was at this loc.

He can spawn in any of the 3 spots outside the theater.
has an add called "tornado servant" , which Magnus summons once Magnus is engaged. The add is Not targettable (so cant kill it first), and Casts an AE grav flux Spell called Hurricane. (3500 DD) . The Add does not melee , it only casts that spell . But if you have your particle effects on, it does some Crazy graphic effects!

Ok just trio'ed this foo , 75 pal / 75 cler / 70 enc .
first i killed the nearby mob and split (using root/mem blur) magnus from his add, killed his add first . (by add id on't mean the tornado thing i mean the regular mob that spawns next to magnus.)
pulled to the pile of rocks to the west of where magnus spawns. I treated this as a Ranged fight, so my cler and enc didn't get hit with the Grav flux. May want to lev group just in case. Have tank put his back next to the wall , so that he dosen't go flying too far. Ch with range focus worked fine. Oh yeah and I was using Infusion to try and help my Paladin resist the AE, had 28 resists and 17 lands from the AE even with infusion on. Chanter was giving me spell guard buff to take off AE damage some, but didn't really need it. Magnus is partially slowable. I chain rooted him at 20% so not exactly sure if he flees like other giants or not.

He spawns just outside the theater, right next to another mob. They both stand right next to the wall of the theater, on the north side of it, outside the theater.

A Faintly Glowing Powersource

He spawns near the "theater" area at the center of the city. Not much harder than the other trash giants in the area. No faction hits.
Edit: He's been consistently yellow to 75, so he's at least level 76. I'm not sure what the upper cap for yellow monsters is now.
