TRIED THIS GUY ON MY 70 BEASTLORD WITH MERC GOT HIM DOWN TO 1% HEALTH AND HE SUMMONSED 2 SANSTORMS ,AT THIS POINT I WAS AT 3% HEALTH SO DIED LOL GOING TO TRY AGAIN

He flurries, summons hits in between 700-1000 and rampages. He does spawn summoned sandstorms. He resisted slow.
max hit, no def aa wizzie = 1294 from Sandstorm and 896 from summoned elementals.
He blinds, summons, AE ramp, & flurries. As a lvl 76 bst, 450+ resists, I resisted blind 1x of 6 casts.
Our group, 76 bst, 70 war, 74 cler, 69 mage, 68 wizzie, 63(?) bst = wipe. Didnt read about him first. Sent bst pet in with slow proc first - it landed but didnt matter. The flurries and ramps were way too much for pet to tank. War went in with def, got SS to <40% in that time burning with the casters. Then the elems popped, down went mage, wizzie and lil bst. War dies from no heals due to clr getting pounded by elems (she use epic1.5 and div arb and Cel heal before party died). I, 76 bst, died from summon and chain blind.
Not an easy fight if not prepared. Will go back and try again.

Tried to solo with my 65 wiz. Had to try after all this talk. I didn't get him, but i was close. I had to evac. He summoned but didnt hit very hard (about 1 hit for 700 each summon). I think i can get him. O and no adds.

Solo'd this as a 75 wizzy last night. I didn't see any adds /shrug
This is a total lie. This guy summons.....Flurries...Ramps...tripples... and hit's for 1300's. There is not a wizzy who could pull this off yet solo. One day maybe. But not today.
I suppose your just gonna tell me this is photoshopped too eh? But anyway, it's no lie. Try it. Btw it's quads, until he flurries :p

Anyway, Im guessing the add's are timed based. Fight never lasts more than 45s solo, nothing so far for adds :\
Btw to the ignorant "he must be cheating/lying, because I don't know any better" fools out there like the guy a few posts above, he's a caster.. a wizard actually. You've got a small window while he burns his mana to burn his hp heh. If you know anything about wizards, you wouldn't even question that this is possible.

For us last night right as he died he summoned 3 sandstorms who hit anywhere into the 800's and had a blind effect.
Other than that, downed him with a sk, ranger and cleric bot.

I boxed him last night. Lvl 73 Warrior 72 cleric he hit pretty fast unslowed and usually in the 800 range. also had a nasty ramp and decnet amount of hit points. Was a close fight but not that close hehe.
I was pissed to see he only dropped 3 fins no drop quest items.

Mob cons even at lvl 72 and is a wizard.
My wife and six boxed this guy last night. Think he hit for around 1.4 at the most and AE rampaged if i remember correctly. We were doing fine (all toons lvl 70) till he at some point started to add some elementals that hit for around 800ish. They were unmezzable so we all nuked with all we had and Sandstorm went down, together with 3 of us. Then we evaced and came back and looted 2 lore, nodrop quest items, Sandstorms fin or something.
I have no clue what its for, yet. Fun fight and our first named in the new expansion.
