Balloondabloop  

Was fighting a Sulfurioes ooze today when a mob named Bloop added. Had very little hp and did little dmg. Dropped nothing. Not sure if it has anything to do with Balloondabloop or not.

Pamelandra, the lvl 76 gimp sk, just solo'd Balloondaboop, he is gimp, just harmtouch, chattering bones, and leachcourse and he was dead, used 1 heal pot, im 20k hps and 3.2k ac, he was no challenge for me, his adds despawned after i fd'd directly after kill, dropped a crappy bile thing, let it rot, anyway l8a

Balloondabloop is located at the far end of the zone on the left of the river. (marked on the map downloadable from mapfiend.com) It spawns several adds by the name of "bloop", but more often than every 60 seconds. Our group was seeing 3 to 4 adds for every 6 seconds and the enchantress was chain casting the 6 second stun AE. Each bloop appeared to have a chance to resist and we were eventually overwhelmed, but we did last long enough to take out Balloondabloop. The player who needed the mob used the guild lobby to recover corpse and immediately used the campfire to return and loot the bile needed. Beware!!!! (73 warrior, shaman,and enchantress; 74 necro and rogue, 70 ranger,68 cleric). yes, I know that is 7 (shaman was there to be auxillary backup and buff and not in group).

CAMP LOC plus 3052, plus 888, plus 357 area. Balloondabloop usually near the dragon skeleton head but not always.... sometimes is to the south of the dragon skeleton head and pool there...

Named hits for about 1k... had about 5-6 bloops with him, bring a chanter for AE mez or chain stun... theres too many to have to worry about... could try AE taunt but just to make it easy, bring a chanter, the bloops hit around 300s, named also summons, hes for a quest that a big butterfly in the zone gives you... kill 30 drakes or so then the named drake, then the 2nd part of it is to kill 60 oozes and Ballondaloop... i think thats the end of the quest too. Crappy aug is reward i believe 40hp/m or so

Spawns bloops at a fairly regular interval as you are fighting it. Enchanter kept them mezzed while we took out named. Group was Pally, Enchanter, Cleric, Druid, Wizzy, and Shaman. Spawns took out cleric first time we tried it. Evac'd (wizzy had itchy trigger finger <grin>) came back and rezzed cleric and tried again. After killing it, had 3 no drop pieces on it (sorry, don't remember item name) similar to the named in Arcstone for cloak quest. Also got 3 no-drop items from Steam Lord Roil. Have not found quest yet, and hoping is just turn in after getting quest, and does not have loot as part of it.
