All light blue to dark blue @ lvl 69. Most camps are 3-4 slave with a slave driver with them. Most slave drivers were not affected by Pacification so had to paci all slaves, mez slave driver, then Tash and charm a dark blue slave. Charm is nerfed to 597 a hit even though they were hitting me for 842. Low MR. With Total Domination I was able to get mostly full length charms. Word of morell stoops working on lvl 65 mobs here. Having your 66-69 spells would be a big plus. I do have Felicity and didn't get one resist in my time there, bout 4 hrs.
Getting 1 blue per kill on slave drivers with a 20% going to AA
Just under 1 blue per kill on quarry slaves.
