was an easy duo with 2 monks, myself atm was 18k and other monk was 13k, just went full dps and burned him down quick, got me to about 40 life after mended and one Hot potion.
As of 6-30-08 this mob does summon but still can be snared.

first of all dont pull it anywhere ... he just runs off and tags everything in the cave ...jump it and kill it on the spot
hits for 2300 plus
has about double the HPs the regular Chimeras have
dosint summon or enrages
rampages
has a 990 DD seams resistable ( what resist is needed i dont know )
but with a solid tank slow and heal its a one group thing ... and if you say you duoed it W/O a cleric ...well you must have a high end raid toon ...
lvl 71 war .. 14 000 HPs 2400 AC all defencives done 400 AAs
cleric /BST lvl 73/74 boxed ( not mine )
and a 71 shaman on fast heals and HoTs
and it gave us a hard time ...almost lost the fight ..slow dosint do much even if its lands , its parcial
again very importent ... do not pull it anything inside the cave ... pathing in there is EXTREMLY strange ....named included ...
enjoy the fight ...droped tail and 3 trideath main nodrop quest items
although there is no information on this it feals like the cloak quest from arcstone ...collect all the named and give to that NPC ...you get the idea ...

Looks like Ture has found a new home and changed his name...lol
I charmed one of the near by chimeras and this guy raped it. Slowed, the chimera can tank I would think. My cleric was doing an OK job healing the pet and the pet's DPS wasn't half bad, but early into the fight, charm broke and this guy was shear rape. Went through 20k in about 15 seconds, and only took 2 rounds to drop my cleric. I think it's winable w/o a break, but if you loose your pet, game over.
