I cannot imagine anybody cares at this point, but I'm compelled:
This guy is on Dervish Cutthroat faction, but aggro's anything anyway because reasons.

I had time to zone in to South Ro, get my bearings, target a Dervish Cutthroat to see if they were hostile (nope, indifferent /con) and then Mograk runs over and hits me, which makes my pet kill him. Seconds later, I re-/con the same Dervish Cutthroat I still had targeted; is now looking my way apprehensively.
This game, sometimes.

I finished an armor quest with him, and found him at Dervish Camp 1 or 2, but just went back to find him, and post this, and he wasn't there, I think he just pops at any of the four camps, this isn't very helpful, but there it is. He did spawn blue to me with lvl 14 druid. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
Where does this monster spawn? How often? I cannot locate him and he doesn't show on tracking.
