I have been spending most of my 50s (Druid) getting great experience from the Gunthak Swabbies and Pirates. Even though Timorous Deep is a Hot Zone, everyone seems to have forgotten that this island holds NPCs appropriate for Adventurers at my level. There is plenty of room to run around and no wanderers so this is a quad (or even quid) kiting paradise.

The Marauder was a rare pop. However, he has been an almost constant presence for the last couple of weeks. Coincidentally, the 'pop points' for a number of the pirates and swabbies seem to have shifted to the mountain from the camps. It is not clear if this is a revamp or a 'bug'. Note that previously high levels of aggro range seem to have been lowered at the same time. All of this has required some shifting in pulling strategy especially as the Marauder is too powerful for a lone 59 Druid.

Especially interesting is that as of yesterday, there were TWO Marauders on the island. By the way, these comments all pertain to the Rathe server.

Still, this under-used camp is one I recommend highly to anyone sololing in the 50s!
