About 2k-3k a swing, depending on mitigation.
Going over my logs, after Rallied Aegis of Vie Rk. II and Veil of Mindshadow had been battered down, I was taking (on average) 2.2k a hit. And that's with maxxed avoidance/mitigation AAs, 1650+ AC, +92 Avoidance.
And by the time you're encountering these little buggers, you'll also have to be on the lookout for the Queen's AE; thanks to the zone-wide Curse, you're looking at 12k (before any mitigation) of basically unresistable damage.
