a cannine animist, who is the ph for Animist Yeoh. Also very close to Lugnah the Arcane (raid con mob) in the Orc section of the zone. Split from Lugnah was easy using necro FD, and I am clueless about FD. For some reason only this guy and Lugnah came on the pull, even though there were other Orcs closer to Zuldar. A cannine animist is on a different faction, so don't worry about him on the pull. Dropped Voice of the Elddar.
