Palix spawns in the Second Tower at the end of the mission like Hec said, he's got alot of HP's;
Drops a crappy Mask, was HP +160 mask.. will think of name later.

He is an optional named that spawns at the end of the Hides You Seek mission in the Hive. Found him in the 2nd tower, a few floors down. Since this is an instanced mission you can train him out to get him single, otherwise you may not have enough time to plow to him. He gates at low hp.
