He Cons light blue at 66 (and I'm pretty sure everything, aside from DC mobs) conned DB or better at 65). My guess is he's 60 or 61 (whatever the Hero Shrine Guardians are).

Also, he dropped a Brick of Ethereal Energy tonight. We've killed 'em 8 times and that's all we've got from 'em =X
