about this time I checked track, and four of these dudes were up, and very fresh spawns. All were LB to level 80.

about that time these four guys were still up. a minute later they were all gone. I was the only one in the zone and did not kill them, so I presume they despawned on their own, or were killed by something else in Ruins of Illsalin.

Begining to end of this sequence was about five minutes, and I had been there for an hour before having it happen the first time. I had seen it on prior trips here, but this is the first time I paid any attention to it. All shouts were in white, and were not in my 'other' box.
