quite an easy mission.. start off by heading to the arena overseer, this is a good place to pull the sprites, then you can just move up the circle to kill the crazed scrykins.
afterwards, once you explore the tower of sorrows, You'll have to kill 3 of the skeleton guys. But don't do it there, if you remember there are 3 Bone Golems right near the zone in to releic and these are much safer to pull and kill

This NPC is located one level down from the port to arcstone in West Freport, in the enchanter area, he gives out the Through the Portal Task, and the reward is a very nice neck item.
Just talk to him and follow the script.
