None of the fabled's can be snared / rooted, but if you are Nec or SK you can dot the crap out of him, /pet attack and then feign off until the dots need refreshing. ;-)

Trying to find this mob, even though I know he's on a 24hr timer, anyone know where exactly in the zone he spawns *I.E. north of TOFS, over by EW zone, etc*
Also, I'm assuming he's a wandering mob, does anyone happen to know a rough sketch of his path?

He flies in a small circle around the top of the hill North of the dock.
*Update 3/20/08* Found out spawn is on the island with the dock on it, NE from TOFS. Still have yet to see him spawn though unfortunately.

The spawn time was 24hrs on sleeper fyi!!!

Confirmed 24 hour spawn in 2008.
This mob has no Place holder at all. It is a 19 hour spawn or it skips a spawn. Mass killing mobs / gnomes or anything else in this zone will not help spawn it any faster or slower.

Fabled Stormfeather has been missing for over 56 hours on the Nameless .. between 2 people spawn sitting back to back. That really stinks .. they may as well GY the Fabled SF if it never spawns.
Yet, I have found that this year the Spawns are few and a huge time sink. No matter if you Mass kill everything in the zone or just kill the PHr. Well I hope my fableds pop before I pass out and wake up at Bind.

Dropped him at 3:00 pm PST on tribunal. Hits for up to 650ish when enraged. Dropped that fabled eyepatch, map, and talon.
