easy mob for a fabled, i dropped him with a 29 mage with a tank merc and pet. i also had 3 adds during the fight. he did drop a herbalist pack 6 slot container with 25% weight reduction. not a bad bag.

Zoned in tonight from Eastern Wastes, this guy is standing there to greet me. He started running at 20%, and died with his back to me..

i should add that i cleared the entire orc area from top to bottom and found him spawned at the bottom, though i'm sure he can spawn anywhere really, since it seems that the Foremen are random spawns at any location as well.
Seemed for me that the Herbalist also spawned at the bottom. I also cleared from top to bottom and then fought two of them at the bottom.
