The Devastation mobs with the same names are on the same faction as the Sverag, Stronghold of Rage mobs.
As such I am posting faction information without confirming the zone between the two versions, and will post the factions I have for both zones instead of just Rage.

We'd prefer not to assume the factions are the same in each zone/instance/whatever. If you post faction hits from a particular mob in a particular zone, we'll update that mob, but not other mobs of the same name in a different zone or same type in the same zone.

All information i've seen/witnessed on the rage/devestation mobs seems to point to his conclusion as well. I believe the idea is that you kill off a ton of the opposing factions and the remaining one gains control over rage. thus enabling you to move around inside rage w/o the insanity. but perhaps i'm wrong.
