Wouldnt let our raid loot the chest after killing Prexak, gave message you have not earned the right to rummage these bones. Anyone else had this, or knows why?

Spawns following the death of Razorclaw the Defiant, Keloss the Ruthless, Jyrta, the Watchful Eye, Ruingtor the Champion, Prexak the Champion, and various other raid-level Sverag faction bosses. It contains 18 Legendary Berserker Bones. Need confirmation on each of these.
