The best place to find these is around the Maestro stage, in the Southest part of the zone. They can be found roaming all around the stage, primarily to the North and East of it, but also behind and occasionally to the West of it.

If you search hard enough, you can find a safe place to pull these nearby. Since they cannot be mezzed, be sure to bring a solid puller who can bring no more than one at a time, for safety's sake.
