Yeah this is a wee bit late but... 3 day respawn IIRC. no trigger no PH Raid encounter tied to the otehr 2 Prefects. Enjoy!

29% shielding, min hit seemed to be 537 and max hit 1297. tied together with the other two compact prefects - should maybe be tagged as a raid encounter.
