I find that too true for a lot of NPC's. I wish their weren't so many NPC's that don't give quests, don't respond to hails, are impractical to kill....

Just makes little sense to me to have anyone in the game like that.

Happ is the caster in a little hut to the right as you are coming off the boats at the docks. Never responded to any of my hails, though, so I don't know his purpose.

It's in one of the gnome huts at the docks. You haven't been everywhere in Butcherblock, have you? ;)

Happ is for the mage epic quest. Mages have to kill him so they can sense summon Walnans pet. Walnan is who the mages need to talk to and he is a rare spawn. If you dont kill Happ or at least his pet then you will never be able to find Walnan

Can anyone verify this? I'm an Ogre Warrior and want to know his faction. Really bad when I'm ally to everyone in Kaladim Docks but this guy who likes to chase me all over while his master blows me to pieces with magic.
