Creeper Clicktok  

This guy is supposed to give you the Fibblebrap gem when you turn in the Alpha Larva meat to him (he will /con indifferent to whomever has it in his or her inventory).

Something bugged in my mission, however, (probably because I went LD at some point) and Cliktok kept handing the meat back saying he didnt need it.

As a last resort to starting the mission over, we decided to kill him. He dropped the gem in his inventory and looting it counted for completeing the mission.

There was no faction hit.
