Easy for rogue with run5 and SoS to do solo. Run up to sisters door in SoS, click over, go thru ballroom and hook a left down to the lab, find your way to the door that opens into what looks like a cave instead of worked stone. about 20ft out there will be a skellie that see's SoS. Soooooooo....wait for your debuffs to fade if you are just coming from Demi, have shrunken head in mouse and just haul *** down there making sure to hook a right to hatchets door, and blow escape when you see Mr. Ur-Koraag. Stand behind him, and do your turn in, if you do it fast enough, you will drop normal sneak but still be in Uber-escape stealth long enough to finish turn in. Same Principle applies to FD classes. Haul *** down to him and Flop next to him. Do turn in. Win.
