I think you mean , Where Furious Sentry would spawn. The boss Creator Kro'val spawns where you would be leaving this part of the zone.

This mob spawns in the same building "The Creator" instance is in. The Ph or this Names is in the South room where the Creator can spawn although the Creator can also spawn in the North room in the instanced. Loc of PH or this named is exactly N 702 P2404 a drake.
Sometimes the room is filled with mobs making it a tough to single and solo. Other times there might only be this PH and another trash mob making it easier. sometimes a trash mob can see invis.
Sometimes the Ph is not up though depending on the zone. If not you would have to wait till the zone changes.
