Golden Earring
She's up on TLP prior to Kunark (as she should be). Eldreth stands beside here and will assist her. She was grey to me at level 41 so I think the revised to low 20s /con is correct.
Dotted her once from outside the room, then FD. Pet got killed by Eldreth, but she died. Can confirm book of Darkness drops.
She is in the building on the top right island in the lake.

I have went to lake Rathetear for my rogue epic, Eldrath was not spanwed though i read to spawn him you must kill Cyanelle three times i have waited 15 mins and Eldrath has not spawned
Was running through today to go kill giant skeles for shadowbound quests and decided to give her a shot. Conned dark blue to my 26 necro, wasn't too difficult but she does hit kinda hard for her lvl (almost killed my pet). Used about 1/2 my mana and she dropped the book. Also I didn't see the "boyfriend" of hers that others have mentioned so she was alone. This was on The Combine server though so maybe he was someone put in later? No idea. Anyway, horray for her dropping the book. =)

Her respawn is about 10 minutes. I got the book on the second kill.

I never even saw her.
I took my 35 Necro over to the island to see if I could do this solo. I did not see her, her pet or her friend Eldrath(?) when I got there. I With full mana, pet and myself buffed with everything I have, I moved closer to the tower.
I figure I was just at the foot of the ramp when I got hit. My pet immediately moved to attack and I scedaddled to give my self some room to move and see what was up. I was rooted, lacerated/ folded/spindled etc.
My pet dropped fast, leaving me there solo, and then Eldrath came out.
Red to my 35, and casting like crazy while running at me. He got close and started meleeing for 500+

I guess I waited too long, because when I tried to hit Harmshield I was interupted, FD was too, and then I was dead.
On the CR I stayed Invised and did a recon. I never saw Cyanelle at all. I went all over that island, and saw Eldrath fine, but she just wasn't there to see! I could see the messages that she was casting a spell but the only NPC at the spot where she HAD to be standing was Eldrath! I couldn't even find her pet!
I'll be back to try again after my next set of spells.
Trust me, I WILL be back for some payback!

So what's wrong with calling it "Planet Bob"?
She doesn't drop the book everytime.
I waited to do this quest until my two necros were level 45 due to the scariness of the previous posts. Here's how it went...
Both necros started with Cyanelle targetted and both cast Ignite Bones simultaneously...she dropped like a rock (a pile of bones, actually). Her boyfriend and her pet charged me...ignoring the pet (both necros had diamond skin) I immediately put both pets on the boyfriend, my best darkness, fear and dots - all spells stuck (he was red to me, but just barely). Then I also threw darkness, fear and dots on the pet who died. Then I went FD with both chars.
Feeling cocky I got up and attempted to finish off Eldreth, fear wore off, he returned and I failed, but when it was over he just stood there where the fight ended and didn't return to the tower. He was far enough away that he no longer interferred with my charge against Cyanelle.
Killed Cyanelle a total of three times. Each time I fell her with a double simultaneous cast of Ignite Bones. My two pets took out her pet without breaking a sweat. Her drops were:
1) Golden Earring (no book)
2) Golden Earring, Book of Darkness
3) Golden Earring, Book of Darkness
She is a 10 min spawn.
Cyanelle's skin burns away.
You have slain Cyanelle!
Your faction standing with Order of Three got worse.
Your faction standing with Bloodsabers got better.
Your faction standing with Guards of Qeynos got worse.
Your faction standing with Opal Dark Briar got better.

I don't think she's level 30 anymore because she conned blue to me at 30 and light blue to my friend at 31.
Her pet conned light blue to us both.
She did however beat the living crap out of my pet. We both sent our pets and she had my pet to 1/4 life in about 3 seconds it seemed with melee and nukes. We did nuke her down though with not too much trouble, but if I had been solo I would be dead I'm sure.
I surely do not recommend anyone try to solo her before she cons green.

I found a cleric camping epic spawns or something, and was on the island. I had him buff my pet with hero and then I pulled cyanelle by invoke fearing her pet. both eldreth and she came (i was level 34) and he lasted long enough for me to dot her to hell and feign. unfortunately fd failed and I shadow stepped and before I could cast it again I got nuked for 405 dmg. heh, but she had died and I was bound on the island so grats me. (and thanks cleric for rezzing me also haha)

i went for a nice stroll on a little island i came across, nice til i was hit twice and died, lvl 20 sk

Shes a way undercon hehe, I didnt know anything about her before, I was gonna try to kill her cause she was a green, but would still give exp. I went near the tower, she aggroed on me -- Big mistake! She was hitting me for 80 damage a hit, doing 90dd spells on me, and has as much HP as a giant.

Shes for the words of darkness quest, nec only quest in temple of ro. she drops the book of darkness. you need to be able to feign death to kill her, her wizard friend nukes for 500+.

These peeps are so hard to kill (one being low lvl and hitting for up to 118 and the other much higher lvl) because they are part of the epic quest.

I'm a level 40 necro and I fought her yesterday. She's really pretty easy, just hits real hard.
After they killed my pet I just rooted em both, cast chilling embrace and life tapped em once, and they died. Since they were both green they didn't hit me very often but when they did it was around 110.

She conned blue to me at level 30 and also blue to my necro friend at 25, so we decided we'd take her. I had to lay hands on the necro, but we managed to take her out after a nasty battle with her punching for up to 117 on me.
She drops the Book of Darkness or Shadows, something like that. It's used for the Words of Darkness quest for necros.

I was leving over the lake on day, right next to the ogre camp, when suddenly this mean person attacked me from under the water. Being a lvl20 SHM, i went down fast. she punches for 106, her pet wasnt with her. If you are KOS to Qyenos, STAY AWAY, and careful when swimming or leving around.

I'm a level 32 magi, and when i conned this magister she was green, and her pet even greener. well fun thing was i tried to dismiss summoned on her pet and well took about 5 seconds for me to turn into a corpse. she hits about about 112...not nice...and a hell of a bad miscon on Verant's part

Same thing with me, i am a 29 Enchanter, thought maybe some good XP was in it for me. Blue and i had a pet so i thought i wouldnt really have to duel with the whole not sow'd thing. So i entralled her pet and she was pissed. She hit me for 119. Its obvious she's been Working out. didnt take her long to destroy me...ill show verant a Mis-con >:(

I'm a lvl 28 necro, this wench conned blue to me and pet was blue as well. i decided that since the bitch had taken my life once before (at lvl 16) i would finally get pay-backs. well, anyways, I screaming terrored her pet, to keep him away while she came outta her hole, and before i even finished casted i was laying there dead. BLUE? thats what i thougth when i was waiting to reappear to loot my corpse. VERANT.....what where you thinking??
