Frag of Vish has some damage shield (unsure of actual dmg), message: "YOU are tormented!"
Best to debuff on pull.
Not so hard to slow with shaman slows. Magic base slow can land also, but of course, higher resists.
Multiple Ramp messages. No Flurries. Keep a beefy melee-type on ramp, and careful not to push her off the ledge behind her :P
Parse spam:
DB = 429
DI = 81
Had 65% or so of DI =1-2, and 30% of DI = 8-16
at 2570ac buffed.
