The dry bones in oasis of marr are a couple of lvls below the ones in unrest. The dry bones i've seen so far in unrest at the most con even to me at lvl 22, but in oasis they will con no more than blue and some turn out light blue unlike unrest. These guys pack a punch with their smolder spell which is extremely hard to bash and interupt because they cast it almost or even instantly. And along with their double attack at times, they will bash. The good thing is, unlike many skeles, this guy chickens out if he is about to go down and takes off walkin'.(not sure if he walks away with his buddies with him, but alone he tries to slip away)
i have been hunting forever and they drop a lot fo bronze weapons, but havent seen any armor besides ringmail drop. Ringmail drops quite frequently and the occational FS weapon, but havent had any bronze drop yet
It says they onley have 2 known habitats! They are in Oasis of Mar, and also in Southern Ro. I have fought them there to get to lvl 17-19. And for people that will hunt them, the yellow ones arent much harder than the blue ones, IF you got Ward/Expulse undead.

P
no crap, im embarrassed to have u as a high lvl, bragging about how high you are and calling ppl noobs is just an embarassment to high lvls everywhere. seriously Get a life
As has been stated they are also found in Oasis and I've seen them as low as 17 before (rare) and I have also seen some that do not cast at all (again rare). Just thought I'd post FYI.
Ok so you get swarmed in unrest while in a group and there is a dry bone in the mob of MoB's. Hope you have dominate undead memed! I have found that with using a crude stein (I am an eurdite necro) I can boost my cha to 85 and so far have had very few resists on that spell! but back to the point if you pull off the charm the whole swarm is dead this bad boy will even out dmg alot of tanks! I charmed on that was yellow to me (20th level) and he easily took out 2 darkbones and a lesser mummy without losing barely any life! (he can DA for 48dmg each bash and kick, plus a fire spell)
I have been hunting them for a while and I got my first bronze item the the other day. A small helm and small greeeves (off the next drybone). I'd say its 1 in 25 or 1 in 50 for a bronze piece. Since they only spawn at night (with skels, zombies and undead gnolls), I'd recommend looking for a better spot if you are looking for small bronze.
OK, if you go to LR thinking the skeletons spawns are easy, muahahhaha you are quite mistaken, first off, they look bronwish red like lvl 24 necro pets, secondly a group of 3 of em aggroing on two necros of lvl 20 can be a mean time. They hurt. So, before you go there, beware , skeletosn aent skeletosn you think of. And People frequently run through there with sow and pull whole cmap on ya to Sk zone..soooo..Beware of training DB's , skeletons, and Greater ZOmbies.
Then again, I've seen 'a fire beetle' and 'a fire beatle' which were the same thing. But you are right about the orc warrior part.
Also, skeletons for the most part con very differently in zones. The 'skeleton' mobs in EC were about lvl 5-6, I think, and the skels in Steamfont were closer to 9-10. Aah, I'm getting off the subject, but well, those are just some weird things I've noticed.
Speaking of skels, are they ever going to put the NPC names back above them so we can tell the difference easier? That is just annoying when you mistake a decaying skel for a normal one and stuff like that.
You guys are getting 2 different creatures mixed up. There are Dry Bones, and DryBones, hence the one without a space is MUCH harder. Like the orc warriors, An and A orc warrior are very very different things. Dry Bones dont drop bronze only the higher lvl ones do.
I personally got my small bronze helmet from a dry bones skeleton in the gnoll camp at lake rathe. These skeletons are far more powerful than the ones in S. Ro (the first dry bones I encountered in the game) so be very careful.
Yes, they do drop bronze armor and my shadowknights full suit of armor and consistend encumberment is proof of this. I looted a full suit of bronze armor in about 3 days in unrest. quite profitable if you are in to the armor dealing business.
Do they drop various sizes in armour?? And just how much added weight is this armour all together? I"d love a set..but don't want to be encumbered with just my armour! :)
Keregan. (Only a lvl 12 Pally right now..so I don't have to worry about encumbersome Bronze armour just yet..but I definatly want to try it!!)
