Placeholder is: a dirty Darkhollow rat This mob spawns at 300, 1068, 16 in the middle of the west section of the zone, on the island within the underwater cave.

He pops at the end of the tunnel in western stoneroot, the one that starts with Shadowmane's(Near Dreadspire entrance). Near the end of the tunnel is an underwater section, then you reach a cave with an island above the water. He was in the middle of the island with several rats(6 maybe, didn't have time to count) around him.

Funny thing is, there's an exit from Dreadspire's tunnels that drops you to that room. The one marked near Mr. Smott's on most maps. To be clear its in the tunnels far below him.

What is his Location? Who is his Place Holder? How much does he hit for? Can he be slowed or snared or both?

Any info would help.
